By handing in your job interview documents to Circet Benelux (address: Jan van Rijswijcklaan 162/3, 2000 Antwerp, phone: +32 3 808 80 00) and its subsidiaries, hereafter referred to as "Circet", your personal data will be kept and stored by Circet in a electronic database for the duration of the job application procedure and 30 days after the end of the job application procedure. The data will be stored and transmitted to third parties for the purpose of possible conclusion of an employment contract.

Your job application data can also be used for advertised job function and other vacancies. We may also share your personal data with subcontractors that we work with if they have vacancies that match with your profile. We will ask additional permission to this end.

In case of a spontaneous application and if we have no open positions that match your application profile, we ask for your permission to keep your personal data in our database for a period of 12 months for possible future positions and vacancies. You may revoke this consent in writing at any time. You can register your withdrawal at vacature@circet.be or via the “withdraw consent” link in the confirmation email of your application. Please note that in this case we will not be able to contact you for possible interesting job opportunities in the future.



If your job application is not successful, Circet asks your permission to store the personal data you provided during the application process (e.g., in cover letters, resumes, references, candidate questionnaires, interview notes and any (if applicable to the job you are applying for) assessments even after the specific application process has ended. You give Circet Benelux permission to use this data in the future, during a period of 12 months, to contact you and to continue the job application procedure, should you qualify for another vacancy.

This permission is voluntary and has no consequences for your chances in the current job application procedure. You can choose not to grant permission without providing a reason and without fearing that this will reflect negatively on you or have negative consequences. You can choose to withdraw your permission at any time; in that case your data will be deleted within 7 days after we have received your request. You can register your withdrawal at vacature@circet.be or via the “withdraw consent” link in the confirmation email of your application. Please note that in this case we will not be able to contact you for possible interesting job opportunities in the future.
