Quality Coordinator

• You are process owner for quality standardization within Circet. You are end-to-end responsible for its preparation, guidance and compliance.
• You will implement the quality standard within Circet and ensure the application of the quality management system to ensure compliance with the guidelines in the various processes of the support and operational services.
• You are responsible for the internal audit and control process within Circet Belgium. As internal auditor, you process all documentation and actions in the improvement plan in preparation for the external audit.
• You act as SPOC from Circet to the audit organization. You are the direct point of contact for the Account Manager and guide the appointed auditor throughout the entire audit process. You take care of the integral planning, preparation, implementation of the action points up to and including the control of the invoicing.
• Are additional quality optimizations possible for Circet? You always have an eye for (process) improvements, develop proposals and put additional certifications on the agenda/roadmap.

• You have some years of experience in a Quality function.
• Do you have experience with different ISO standards 9001, 14001, 45001? Check whether you do, because this is a prerequisite. Additional knowledge of ISO 22301 is a major plus.
• You have a certificate of Internal Auditor!
• You are communicative and use these skills in contact with internal and external stakeholders. You are persuasive and know how to embed the standards in the organization. You are Dutch-speaking with a good knowledge of French and English.
• You need to be a team player, as you will join a close-knit QHSE team where you will play your valuable part there. Flexibility and team spirit are highly valued.
