This is what you will be doing

• You visit customers for complex repairs, installations, and replacements of hardware/software products in the center of Antwerp.

• You analyze, document, and resolve technical issues and problems.

• You train customers in the use of the product, maintenance, and - in some cases - advanced applications of products.

• You provide feedback to product management and developers.

• You provide telephone and on-site technical support to other colleagues in the field and to customers - if necessary.

• You collaborate with Professional Services and support staff regarding integration solution post-sales services.

• You manage your vehicle inventory and the inventory at the customer.

• You have a degree in computer science or equivalent through experience.

• You have proven yourself in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience (installations, repairs of machines, PCs, servers, etc.).

• You have an affinity for IT and new technologies.

• You have an eye for the quality of colors and details.

• You are customer-friendly and empathetic.

• Language skills: Dutch & English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
