Freelance Service Desk Engineer

This is what you will be doing

• You provide first- and second‑line support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• You resolve issues related to Windows, Office 365, VPN, printers, and mobile devices.

• You configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

• You log, follow up, and resolve incidents and service requests via a ticketing system.

• You contribute to the continuous improvement of service desk processes.

• You have a degree or experience in IT, computer science, or a related field.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a service desk or IT support role.

• You possess strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.

• You have experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar systems).

• You are fluent in English and can work comfortably in Dutch or French.
