This is what you will be doing

• Lead the entire Design Team and support Team Coordinators with complex issues and escalations.

• Ensure the progress, quality, and timely delivery of Fiber design projects and future Energy projects.

• Act as the SPOC for customers and serve as the key contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage external subcontractors and closely monitor their performance, quality, and deliverables.

• Collaborate closely with the Field, Survey, and Handover teams to ensure efficient project execution.

• Translate the company strategy into concrete objectives, capacity planning, and a future-proof design roadmap.

• Bring structure to the organization while maintaining control over projects, budgets, resources, and results.

• You have experience in a leadership role within a technical, operational, or project-based environment.

• You are a strong people manager who knows how to coach, motivate, and develop teams.

• You possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both internally and externally.

• You have a solid understanding of fiber projects and experience managing subcontractors. You also have basic knowledge of design tools such as TKI, Comsof, Marlin, Cocon, or similar systems.

• You are analytical, capable of bringing structure to complex environments, and able to set the right priorities.

• You can translate strategic objectives into concrete action plans, resource planning, and operational results.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, can professionally express yourself in French, and are willing to travel between our different locations.
