Job description
Support Engineer: the go-to contact for all IT questions.
Together with your teammates, you are the face of the IT department.
You are the first point of contact for all IT‑related questions from Circet colleagues and external stakeholders.
You handle incoming tickets independently and escalate to second or third line whenever needed.

A position for 40 hours per week. Because of this you will have 20 days off per year supplemented by 12 overtime leave days.
This role is governed by Joint Committee 200 (Auxiliary Joint Committee for Employees) and the collective labour agreements applicable within this joint committee apply.

This is what you will be doing
You are the first point of contact for all IT-related questions — on-site every day in Kontich, via ticketing system and by phone.
You independently resolve incidents, closely follow up on tickets, and escalate to 2nd/3rd line support when necessary.
You support colleagues during onboarding by preparing devices, creating accounts, and arranging access rights.
You manage users, devices, and permissions in Azure AD/Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
You ensure the smooth operation of hardware and meeting rooms and perform backups and restores.
You assist with IT asset management and collaborate with 2nd & 3rd line support on continuous improvements.
Job requirements

You hold a degree in an IT-related field or already have initial experience in IT support.
You are comfortable working in a Microsoft environment (Windows 11, M365, Teams).
You have basic knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) and user & access management.
You have experience with ticketing tools (Xurrent, ServiceNow, Jira or similar).
You speak Dutch, French and English fluently.
You are customer-oriented, communicative and energized by helping colleagues.
You are accurate, stress‑resistant and enjoy working independently.
You are eager to develop your skills in IAM, Intune, MFA & Conditional Access (experience is a plus).
You are interested in obtaining certifications such as ITIL, AZ‑900 or MS‑900 (or already hold them).
You are willing to work on‑site in Kontich full‑time and are looking to build a long‑term foundation within the team.
