As Project Coordinator FttB, you will dedicate yourself to corporate connectivity projects.

This is what you will be doing
- You coordinate end-to-end all activities that are part of the trajectory, from the preparation concerning design/permit, the process and concluding the project (including billing).
- On the basis of the intake with the client and the site survey, you draft an analysis that includes all the components (design, determining civil trajectory). Your analysis results in a settlement/bill of quantities statement that goes to the customer for verification and approval.
- Next, you schedule the executing crew in accordance with established deadlines and budget. You take care of the necessary implementation documents and requests (e.g. permits). To this end, you are always interacting with stakeholder both in and outside the organization (clients, city services, permit and design teams). You follow up on the projects progress and keep an eye on finances.
- You collect all the necessary documents for the as built file and if necessary, you request missing documentation from the concerned parties so the billing can be started.
Job requirements

- You have at least a bachelor's degree and may already have several years of experience in a coordinating role within Fiber.
- You have in-depth technical knowledge of fiber optics and are passionate about the development of connectivity projects.
- If you need certain information, you will independently and proactively pursue this with shared services colleagues (site coordinator) or stakeholders. You take initiative and have a problem-solving mindset.
- You are a team player and enjoy working with people. This means you will negotiate and motivate to get things done together.
- You have perfect communicative abilities in either Dutch or French, but you can also express yourself well in the other language.
- You are not bound to a specific region. You have projects all over the country. As Project Coordinator you will also occasionally be required to physically go on site for e.g. site surveys in case of more complex projects.
