This is what you will be doing

• You take the lead in external stakeholder management towards our client.

• You are responsible for the operational results of your department and for the service delivery to our customers within the agreed service levels.

• Your daily tasks include following up on planning, efficiency, and production, as well as financial follow-up and performing ad hoc analyses and interactions to improve operations.

• You maintain an overview of the action points for the various projects and follow up with the project coordinators.

• You work closely with your colleagues and seek the right person for the right place.

• You keep a consolidated overview of the capacity needs for the execution of the various projects and work proactively to anticipate these needs.

• You take the lead in the weekly and monthly operational meetings.

• You ensure correct project documentation and maintain it. You provide input for financial and quality reporting.

• You have experience in managing and supervising operational teams.

• You are fluent in Dutch and can manage in both French and English.

• You have experience in bringing structure, project follow-up, and proactively chasing action points.

• You are well-versed in financial follow-up and project reporting and have strong analytical skills.

• You have experience in developing and implementing plans that allow you to achieve results.

• You have an affinity with operational processes and enjoy improving them.

• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerBI. Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.

• Knowledge and/or experience in the telecom world is a nice bonus.
