This is what you will be doing

• You support our energy and telecom operations with clear, practical legal advice that helps our teams move forward.

• You draft and negotiate contracts, policies and legal documents, reducing risks for the organisation.

• You act as the SPOC for Social Relations, serving as the central point of contact for social partners and internal stakeholders.

• You thoroughly prepare social dialogue meetings (Works Council, Health & Safety Committee, Union Delegation) and chair these bodies with professionalism.

• You review minutes, negotiate complex files and ensure every agreement is followed up correctly.

• You manage incident and dispute cases, safeguard efficient workflows and collaborate proactively with HR, Operations and other teams.

• You deliver compliance trainings and ensure our governance processes are applied correctly.

• You translate new legislation into concrete actions and clear guidelines for the relevant teams.

• You work closely with our international legal teams, contribute to reporting and take part in working groups.

• You support the organisation with diplomacy, assertiveness and strong conflict‑management skills, enabling sustainable solutions.

• You hold a Master of Law and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in employment law, social dialogue or a similar legal role.

• You have a solid foundation in contract law, corporate law, public procurement and data protection.

• You feel confident in social dialogue, easily take on a chairing role and navigate diplomatically between different interests.

• You are assertive, discreet and skilled in conflict management, keeping calm and professional even in challenging situations.

• You communicate clearly and professionally in Dutch, French and English.

• You work autonomously, actively gather the right information and deliver clear, practical and actionable advice.

• You collaborate smoothly with various internal stakeholders and build trust through your accuracy and pragmatic approach.
