This is what you will be doing

• You lead projects from start to finish and keep everyone sharp on timing, quality and impact.

• You bring people from different teams together and make sure everyone moves in the same direction.

• You spot bottlenecks, come up with smart solutions and kick off real improvements.

• You drive change, run workshops and help colleagues adopt new ways of working.

• You work closely with IT, test new tools and ensure digital solutions actually work on the ground.

• You build clear reports and KPI dashboards to track progress and steer where needed.

• You keep projects moving — even when priorities shift.

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a business, technical or analytical field.

• You are analytically strong and work fluently with IT Tools, Excel and data.

• You are curious about (or already have a feel for) the telecom/energy and digital world.

• You thrive in a role with plenty of autonomy and plenty of collaboration.

• You think in solutions, not problems — and you’re not afraid to push things forward when needed.

• You communicate clearly with different types of people and across all levels of the organization.

• You take ownership: planning, follow‑up, testing, reporting… you keep things moving.

• You speak Dutch, English and French fluently.

• You’re eager to dive into new processes, tools and topics — from logistics to energy to HR.
